Jacqueline focuses her practice on complex commercial business litigation, white collar criminal defense and investigations. She practices in federal and state courts throughout the United States and before arbitration panels.
Prior to joining Stumphauzer Foslid Sloman Ross & Kolaya, Jackie practiced at a large Florida-based law firm, where she represented clients in a wide array of disputes involving commercial transactions, violations of privacy and consumer protection laws, breaches of contract, business torts, fraud, deceptive and unfair trade practices, non-compete agreements, fiduciary relationships, and consumer products. Jackie has experience representing clients in internal investigations, government investigations and compliance reviews. Jackie has also worked for several federal government agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the United States Department of Justice.
